More problems with Virgin Mobile

I couldn't face yet another call to Virgin Mobile's inefficient call centre, so I'm resorting to Hellopeter.

It's never-ending problems and incompetence with Virgin Mobile. It never stops. It never gets better. Its shocking. Nearly 2 years and nothing's improved.

I have paid my account every month, yet for the past 4 months my statement is not reflecting my payments and instead has me in arrears for more than 90 days. This month I spent 45 mins going back and forth with their useless call centre. Eventually someone was able to assist and confirmed that all my payments have been received. Hallelujah.

Thinking all is resolved... - well what do you know - I received my latest statement today - NO payments are reflected and my arrears keep increasing. Arrrgggg!!!

I cannot win with this pathetic company. I don't actually know what else to do anymore. I run up phone bills calling them and dealing with useless. And STILL my statement is incorrect.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY?? Can someone in that useless company please sort my invoicing and statements out!!!
