Ever since we have gotten Virgin mobile contracts their service has been pathetic, they could never follow instructions given to them. On a monthly basis i do not receive my statements and get over billed, and when i call them to find out why they drop the phone in my ear. i have been trying to solve the problem for quite some time and no one is interested in that company.
they bill me every time i ask for a statement when they where supposed to mail it to me on a monthly basis for the fast 6 years. All virgin mobile does is steel my money.
