VERY UNVIRGINAL double Charges

I upgraded my virgin mobile this year, I specifically told the caller what my budget was and I wanted that to remain The first few months I was debited accordingly approximately the same amount as before the upgrade. On the 29th Aug two debits went through my account. On the 25th of Sept R758, 57 was debited which was not budgeted for and returned, on the 30th Sept Virgin split the R758, 57 and only one payment of R374, 24 went through the other did not. Virgin carried over that amount to Oct. On 25th Oct Virgin ran 3 payments 2XR189, 64 and the current payment of R672, 83. When I called Virgin to enquire about the charges I was then informed of A hand-set fee and then usage charges. I ALSO REQUESTED THE RECORDING OF MY UPGRADE IT HAS NOR SURFACED!!!
At no time was I informed by the Agent when I upgraded of additional charges. On the 21st Oct I removed the sim card from the device and awaited my bill. Today 25th Nov due date I had to request my bill, I am being charged for R379.24 which was debited on the 25th Oct (R189, 64 X2) and my current bill which is the handset usage and R1, 79. Now Virgin expects me to fax at my expense proof of payment.
