GOT MY FIRST ACCOUNT FROM TELKOM R2666 - WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE

PUT IN A DEPUTE (REF2710679) - FOLLOW UP AFTER 10 DAYS

RETHABILE - SAID MANGER WILL PHONE ME THE SAME DAY WITH THE RESULTS - NO PHONE CALL WAS RECEIVED

I PHONED THE CALL CENTER - ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANGER ZHEPO - HE IS AWARE OF MY QUERY - HE DID NOT RESPOND TO IT - STILL WAITING

I AM NOT WILLING TO PAY THE ACCOUNT AND AND STILL WAITING FOR THE TO RESPOND ON MY DISPUTE.

THEY HAVE OVER CHARGE ME R1000 ON THE ACCOUNT THAT THEY CAN NOT EXPLAIN
