Dear Wenzile Unfortunately I don't seem able to respond to your comment on my complaint (ref: 2952995). I wonder if you took the time to read my first complaint which clearly stated that the sales comsultant failed to mention that the phone can only be returned if faulty. Furthermore, you clearly also didn't see the part where she gave us incorect information regarding the specs of the phone. i do not appreciate your formulaic response to my complaint and will, after all these years, move my business elsewhere as soon as my contract (3 phones on one) comes to an end. I am disgusted by your lack of apology for being given incorrect information by your representative and unwillingness to keep me, a long-standing client, happy. Your service is BAD... as is proven by the long time that you have taken to respond to my complaint. I want this to be escalated further than it has gone and would appreciate one on one discussions around this, as opposed to being answered on a public platform.
