I've asked for my account to be cancelled on 13/09/13. I've sent the request via email along with my ID and account info from the email address I have on my profile at MTN.
I have been billed for the service each month since. I have sent several emails to "CustomerCare" since and have not have any response, whatsoever.
MTN
1. Cancel my contract
2. Refund the amount you've deducted since the date of cancellation.
