Attempts to cancel contract continually ignored!

My contract expired on the 17th of August. I called in July to ask that it be terminated on this date. The call centre gave me a reference number and asked that I follow it up with an email. I did this. I called again on the day it should have been cancelled to confirm and was assured that the contract had ended... and yet, one month later they still debit my account!! Customer service then told me to email a different email address and I have since not had a response to either of the emails I sent, to both customer service and their cancellation line.

I havent been using this contract for more than a year and just want to be rid of it and refunded the last subscription which I was unnecessarily charged! 8ta just ignores all my attempts at communication. Incredibly frustrating!! Especially since I have done EVERYTHING they asked me to do to get this sorted out. They are breaching their contract by billing a customer who has requested the contract to be cancelled. Its basically and if this is not sorted out it will be reported.
