I cancelled my contract with MTN in December last year. My account is still being debited every month even after getting invoices showing a zero balance. I sent an email to the person who did the cancellation for me on the 1st of Feb and I have still heard nothing even after asking another consultant. I have send emails on 1st, 4th, 5th and 11th Feb and had no response. The service at MTN is appalling, I am so glad that I decided to move to Cell C at least now I am paying less for bad service.
