In August '13 I've send an email to [Email Removed] to cancell my Data Contract that will expire end of September 2013. I specifically ask them in the email what process do I have to follow. NO RESPONSE. I've resend the same cancellation request 2 times to the same email address asking that they acknowledge receipt of my cancellation. NO RESPONSE. I eventually telephone and spoke to Kelebogile Ramabenyane and she said that I must complete a cancellation form. I've forwarded the cancellation form 20/9 and she confirmed that the contract will be cancelled the end of October 2013 because the form was not submitted in my initial request. 7/11. Yesterday 7/11 I picked up the phone to confirm if my contract was cancelled and Jaishal Sookha said that it will only be cancelled end of November 2013 because the form was submitted late by Nashua to their cancellations department. The matter was escalated to the Manager (Charmaine Weber) and guess what NO RESPONSE. I specifically started this cancellation process early because of past experiences with contract cancellations. Now I have to pay 2 months extra for this contract. How many emails must you send to get any serv.
