BRAND NEW PHONE DOES NOT WORK

I upgraded to a new Nokia cel phone with Vodacom Kollonade. The service was so bad that Mark from Vodacom Head Office contacted me and offered a special package and had the phone delivered at my home. He appologised for the very bad service! The new phone did not work right from the start.

I took the phone to Vodashop at Menlynn on 18 November. Today, Daren informed me that he got the faulty phone back because Vodacom declined exchange. Their reason is that there is a small scratch on the phone, which was there whwn I received it on the 12th of November! The phone was never even used because it was faulty!!!
