To whom it may concern:
I live in the Athol, Sandton area and am a contract subscriber to Vodacom. Even though I am located in a central area in the biggest city in South Africa, the network coverage (3G/ general network) is extremely poor. To the extent that I often can't make calls, data coverage is virtually non-existent. I find it incredibly frustrating to be paying for services which I do not even receive.
Please could you help urgently.
