Major confusion with the 2 accounts under my name

I took up a contract with Cell C which gave me two cell phones and two cell numbers. I was paying them via a debit order. I then moved my bank from Standard to FNB. I informed Cell C that I was chaning banks and gave them my new account number for debit purposes. I was suprised to learn later that Cell C has only been debiting for one number and the other number submitted it to its legal department for oustanding fees. I want to believe that the 2 years are over now yet I am still being debited for one number and the one is still under the legal department.

Cell C need to resolve this matter and this has hampered my credit record and I can't even up-grade to a new cellphone because of this.
