Looking for Rubish servise go to 8ta

This is the worst service i received in my whole life, from the start I had problems with 8ta.
First they give me the wrong package, then when I go into the shop to query why my data is used up in 1 day on a 15 gig 15 gig package the tell me no I am on the 1.5 gig package. Cut long story short the "canceled the first package" and gave me a new one, yah right had even more problem with this on...
Then I can go on the net, then not, this disconnects by itself, then on a GOOD WEEK it will go 3 times telling me my data has been depleted, and on a bad week 2-3 times a day. Go back to Telkom Festival Mall, to be help for a short bit then the problems start all over again.
Then last month I get a message that R12 900 will be taken off my account, on a package where there should only be taken off R 575, to Telkom we go again just to find out that Both contracts are still on my name and the R12k was the cancellation fee for the first contract that THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ONE...
People at Telkom send emails to Head office and places and phone people, where eventually someone phones me back to tell me some sad story that it is there fault and the funds would not go off and if it goes of it
