I purchased the smartphone from FNB in last year August. I then called them shortly after that before the first debit order went through to let them know that the device is faulty. They said that I should take it to my nearest Cell C store. When I got there they gave me stories saying that I used a Vodacom sim card so they can help me but I will have to pay. I then came back called them again and they said the store shouldnt have told me that I should go back which I did and I got the same story. Eventually in December I called the call centre again and was told that a Supervisor will call me back and they will come fetch the device from me. I then waited until today. No callback, nothing. This is insane.
Why do I pay for something that I can hardly use? Their service is pathetic!
So, how can we help you has suddenly become how can we not help you!!!
