A woman by the name of Sarah Bartlett called me about my insurance policy. The previous day I had tried adding a new car to my already existing policy to which i was told with a stinking attitude that i could not be helped. Sarah then called the next morning to inform me that, to my surprise after a year that my existing policy was cancelled! I could not understand what she was saying over the phone as she was speaking very quickly and in a European accent. I asked Sarah to stop howling at me as i could not understand, this was when she asked me with an attitude what it was i was not understanding which i found very insulting. I then handed the phone over to my daughter to which Sarah continued with her disrespectful ways. I expect a call or written letter personally from Sarah Bartlett apologizing for her uncouth behavior.
