Unprofessional behaviou

I made an offer to purchase a car - Warren said he had to talk to his boss. After not calling back I called again to chase. He said his boss was out on a test drive. Then when we actually visit the showroom to try and close the deal we am told he had just sold the car to someone else - without having the decency to get back to me, He even had the gall to smirk. Disgusting.

Maybe I am naive to expect professional behaviour from a second hand car salesman!
