Cell C
Emergencies and how they're handled

How to send a what's app message in an emergency. Boss sends me a message at 17h05 asking what to tell the employee, I type reply, press send, message sits, turn off phone turn on phone, message still sits, turn off network, turn on network. Full 3G signal but message sits, turn off phone, turn on phone. Wait 25 minutes, check emergency message still not sent. Remove battery from phone, put back in phone. Wait minutes for the blackberry to start up, wait 5 minutes for what's app to start up. 17h55 hope after 50 minutes that boss has not told employee what he was not supposed to tell employee. Finally 17h58 message goes through. Boss not been on what's app for 33 minutes. Pray to I am not in trouble. Thanks cell c. I cell saw for myself.

I could have driven to work in peak hour traffic and tapped morse code on the roof of the office where the me and employee were meeting and it would have been faster.
