I didn't know that I had to pay for an item I had with me when I went to check in for my trip. I was told to pay the same price as my own ticket, paying for that particular item. When I went to talk to the 'Boss Lady' she just said to me "you pay for that or you don't take it with u, end of story." She didn't explain anything to me as a customer and didn't want to hear a word from me. She didn't have to prove that she's the boss to me. I'm her boss because I give her money to buy that cigarette. None of my close people will use Roadlink, its not safe anyway.
