BAD/DISGUSTING SERVICE

I booked my handset in for repairs on the 12/11/2013 at the MTN store in Boulder Mall Midrand, i called on the 20/11/2013 to find out how far are they with it only to find out its still in store just lying there they haven booked it in for repairs, i spoke to Lebo on that day who didnt even listen to me and just said i must call their repair centre when i called they said the hadset is still at eh store, i called again on the 21/11/2013 spole to Palesa who said she would organise for the handset to be collected by the courier company, i called on the 22/11/2013 spoke to Palesa again only to find out the handset is still not sent to the repair centre, Palesa took my alternative contact number and said her manager Patience Gcobisa will call me back on that same day of which she didnt bother. Their service is below bad, its appauling, its disgusting coz i feel they not even putting an effort to my query. I want my handset fixed and working properly again if not they must replace it with a new device after all its only 6months old. SIES MTN maan
