MTN staff can't deliver, complete lack of service

Started with me going to Rosebank to get the Note 3 gear. After not getting anything not even a call from Rosebank for about two weeks I found at that MTN in Eastgate had stock. A lady named Henrietta helped me and insisted she will try to push it through same day 10 November. After the system was off the day, she offered I pick up devices etc next day Monday. After not hearing from her I called, she promised to phone back in 5mins, but nothing. Only got hold of her Wednesday. On that day day the manager promised to deliver it to me the Thursday. That day I was told the manager will be in a meeting whole day, thus no device. I then went to Altech in Sandton to rather get a device from them, as I given up with Eastgate. I had to wait a day at Altech and before getting the device from them, I believed they switched me to contract. Meanwhile it was Eastgate. I did get the Note 3 from Altech and want a contract with them not Eastgate as they made so many promises and wasted so much of my time, effort and petrol. I didn't receive anything from Eastgate at all. Want Eastgate contract closed ASAP so I can move on. Please close contract with Eastgate ASAP. So much more to say, no space!!!
