Well after logging a complaint this is the feedback I get. After I had an operation I went to the vodacom store that is now a vodacom chatz store where I booked my handset in 100s of calls to people that never called me back supervisors never called me back the chatz store told me they cant help and this is the feedback I get thank you vodacom website setup in progress this is once a slap in the face

When our repair centre do a search for this handset the booking related back to 2011. When a store is revamped and reopened the handsets that were booked in at the store that still needed to be collected would have been available at the revamped within the specified period of time. Therefore this handset is no longer available for collection.

All repairs on handsets warranty is carried by the manufacturer and if the repair was outside of the warranty then it would not be repaired by the manufacturer.

Due to the time that has passed since booking in of the handset until now we are not able to assist you in retrieving your handset.
