Mira/smartcall and opera

My account has been billed by r7000 from each of the above companies through autopage. I phoned them and they gave me the numbers for mira, smartcall and opera telekoms. Mira and smartcall dont answer and opera telekom gave me another number to phone. How can these people deduct monies without my instruction!!!
