December 2012 i upgraded my existing MTN blackberry contract to a new one. Jan thru to March the bill was what it was supposed to be, and then all of a sudden in May I get a 33% increase on my bill. Upon enquiring with Nashua Mobile I was told that MTN has done away with the unlimited BIS option and that a cap of 200mb was placed on my account. I understood that to a point but my contract was not with MTN but with Nashua Mobile. Also, recently I read that MTN has backtracked on their BIS offerings and re-instated the uncapped BIS option. Why then are Nashua Mobile still charging me as I should be back on the original unlimited BIS option.
I would like an explanation and not a run around in blaming MTN.
