I need to get a No Claim Letter from Affinity Insurance for a 3rd Party claim. The first number I dialed was 087 805 1000 from their website. Then I was told to phone 0861 77 00 33 and use option 2. Option 2 told me to use option 1. Option 1 told me to try 012 348 8310. They told me to dial 086 111 00 22. They then told me to dial 0861 77 00 33 Option 2. Endless circle with nobody getting me to the claims department. Eventually I was phoned and Theo told me to dial 011 607 3939. It took me about 45min to get to the correct department. This is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. The guys around me in the office mentioned that I must consider changing insurers, they are probably right.
