I sent an email complaint to above mentioned parties on 19/04/2013- To date not a peep: Below is the complaint. I need this resolved ASAP. This matter will be escalated to The MD of AFI insurance as well as all relevant parties should no tresponse be recieved.

Kindly be advised that I became a client of Alexander Forbes Insurance on 01/08/2012. This insurance was for 2 vehicles as well as household contents (Priceless Option). Comprehensive cover was the only option offered to me. I was never offered the option of a no excess policy. The excess was advised to me as R3200.50. I would like to know why the excess free option was not initially offered to me?
I had to call in on Monday the 15/04/2013 to request this. Now I have a claim pending with your company and I will have to pay an excess. This is unacceptable as I was never offered the option of having an insurance policy where I could waiver the excess. I understand that the premium would have been slightly higher.
