I have a waya-waya prepaid phone with Telkom. I have just had a call from a Telkom representative that this service has been discontinued. I cannot find out much about whether this service still exists or not on the internet. After the call that was received today to bully me into taking out another option with Telkom, I am really irate. I have just paid my yearly subscription, which was debited off the credit on my line. The call centre for prepaid is perpetually busy, and there is just no clarity as to what is going to happen to existing waya-waya clients. Why is there no clarification on the website about this? What other options are there? Is there a specific person to contact in this regard? Please help!!!
