Still no answer or anyone to come fix the problem

I got a voice mail from a lady at telkom telling me that the line was suspended wow what a observation i could have told you that i actually did in my complaint wow whats new i know that its telkoms fault when will they send out someone to come and fix the line so i can load the airtime to get my line working since June 2012 its been 18 months i have been trying to get help with my line why is that why can no one come out they keep saying they will send someone and it never happens why what the hold up i want my line fixed and my phone working there Southgate office and call center is useless they tell me to use a phone to report the fault and they still don't come why i want the land line to work its Dec 2013 already why does it take so long to get the line fixed they say cable but my nabours line is working they offer a cell contract for a 68 year old man or a R300pm for a land line coz they don't have waya waya anymore is it a money making scheme i will not pay a monthly fee and i don't want a cell i want my waya waya back fix it that's what i want give the client what she wants client service telkom basic client service go to my house and fix my line.
