Line cancelled and product ceased

On the 29th September 2009 I migrated my landline to Telkom waya waya where I had to buy a recharge voucher for R120 then receive calls for the whole year. I knew I was suppose to recharge again this year in September but to my surprised my line was cancelled on the 15th August. I called the call centre today to find out why was the line cancelled as my next recharge should be sometime in September. I spoke to Rochelle and she told me that my line was cancelled because the company doesn't offer waya waya product anymore. I do understand that but my argument is I didn't receive any communication from you telling me that my line will be cancelled if I don't change to their new package. They always call me to offer me new products that I don't want but when it comes to important matters they don't bother calling. I spoke to Lungile in your service dept and she told me that if I want my line reactivated I must pay the reactivation fee of R337. I WILL not pay the reactivation fee and I want my line opened ASAP or I'm taking this to ICASA, this is a total rip off and day light. Why was I not informed about the new product coming in? You people didn't have a right to cancel my line
