I am due for an upgrade on two of my cell phone lines, I have been into the waterfront branch twice and left my name and numbers of both lines that need to be upgraded. On the first occasion I was told that they had stock but were waiting for other clients to collect if they did not collect by that evening we would be called, I am still waiting for the call. The second occasion I went into the store they were going to receive stock later that day and they would call me as soon as the stock came in, I called the store just before they closed and was told they would receive 28 phones the following morning. Next morning I called at 09h00 was told they had not yet received their stock and I would be contacted. Two hours later I called back to find out that the stock had arrived and was all gone. When I asked how that was possible I was told that the manager had taken most of the stock? I tried the canal walk branch, I was told that they had allocated stock for clients but if they had not collected by that evening they would contact me in the morning, NO CALL. Not once have I been asked to be put on a waiting list WHY even bother taking my details if you not going to call me back!!!
