My phone (Imei nr 356708045668801) was activated on 13/03/2012 and it was handed to me in the same week, but soon started with an error message "your phone has recovered from a system error", the phone will switch off and restart continously, no calls/sms will come through, it went for repairs on:
- 02/06/2012 (phone was returned after 3 weeks, repaired)
- 17/01/2013 (phone was returned after 2 weeks, repaired)
- 25/03/2013 (phone was returned after 4 weeks, repaired)
- 14/05/2013 - Currently in for repairs (being repaired)
Apparently its an HTC problem as they must fix the phone, on request of a replacement phone, I was advised that the phone is older than the 6 months and replacement is not an option.
Please help me.
