I entered an MTN8 competition on radio. The prizes were a Blackberry 9790 smart phone and R2000 mobile money. On the 1st Oct some courier delivered the phone only. Out of confusion I didn't know what to do. I opted to visit any MTN shop.
I found myself in one of those at Mall of the North Polokwane. The lady who helped me took her time to listen to me in detail. In about 10-15min she together with her stand-in suppervisor were able to get hold of the person incharge of prize distribution. In ten days I got my mobile money :) :)
