I entered a competition that OMO washing powder was running, I won! unfortunately the lady who contacted me in order for me to claim my prize is still sending my claim number I was told that within 48hrs I would receive a SMS informing me of the claim number or Bar code which I was to use in order to redeem my prize... it's been over 3 weeks now, I still have not been contacted in regards to this matter, further more I was initially told that the original prize that I wanted (I was given a choice of three (3) different prize items that I could choose from) was not redeemable on a weekend & I could only redeem it during office hours (Mon-Fri) I explained to the consultant that I worked at those times & was unable to redeem the prize during that time, but that I would do so on a weekend, to which her reply was that I could not, & I would have to choose 1 of the other 2 remaining prizes up for grabs, extremely disappointed with this I settled for one of the other prizes.. to date I have not been contacted by any persons via phone or email nor SMS & I still await my promised prize, for such a massive company I am highly disappointed in the service provided.
