8 months and problem still not resolved!

On my referral my daughter registered for the 2yr wifi and cellular contract with the new Telkom Mobile 8ta branch that opened at Mall of the North, Polokwane. This was in Feb 2013.Service from the personnel was good. Amongst other forms she completed a debit order form-payments to be done on the last day of every month. EVERY month, the debit order hasn't been put through for payment and EVERY month her cell phone and internet has been disconnected. Every month she phoned customer services who sent her to the branch. Go to the branch, they say phone customer services. She has phoned EVERYONE! Each time she was promised that the system had been rectified but it takes 86 hours (!) to reconnect her services. Plus the inconvenience to leave work, go to the bank, stand in the queue to do a direct deposit into Telkom's acc. This has been going on EVERY MONTH FOR 8 MONTHS. On 23/10/13 her service was again disconnected. I phoned customer services myself today. Like hitting my head on a wall! Telkom, plz listen to the recorded call at 09:00 with Andrew to understand our frustration. Ludicrous! Don't be surprised if the contract is cancelled. I'll update next month on Hello Peter again
