On 03 July 2013 I emailed a signed cancellation letter to Telkom Retention Centre with my telephone number 021 558 4648, address and ID number to have my business line cancelled. Up till today I still receive invoices and the line is not cancelled.
Can I please get urgent assistance from Telkom?
I have lodged a complaint previously. I am still receiving invoices for a service i'm not using.
