Don't listen to their customers and 'know best'

I got a Blackberry Z10 phone on contract from Vodacom. Not even a year and the problems with this phone are endless; shuts down when it pleases and i either have to wait upto an hour or remove the battery and restart just for it to shut down again so i go to BB and they send me to Vodacom as ultimately i'm their customer. Vodacom tells me that my phone needs to go in and this could be 10 DAYS OR MORE even though i said i would be away within 4 days from then and cant wait that long They can give a loan phone which doesn't have internet capabilities. Understand that I use this for work aswell and I travel often; i need emails, my calendar, my banking, Internet usage daily. I'm on a national road and get a tyre burst, cant call the AA or anyone because my phone wont stay on long enough to dial. after 2 hours of waiting a kind person stopped to assist. 3 weeks later i get terribly ill while on william nicol and I'm half dying cant drive and again CANT CALL. again i have to stop someone to ask for help. made it to hospital just to hear that another 30 mins and my life would've been over. Why couldn't they just replace the phone as I had begged them to? That's terrible customer service!
