Utterly Dissapointed

In a matter of 6 months I received 3 refurbished blackberry's from vodacom. My original blackberry's scroller broke, It was still under warranty, I gave it in and waited almost 2 months, eventually they gave me a refurbished phone and I was happy even if I had to wait so long. 2 Months went by and the phone's scroller froze totally, I send it in again. I waited 1 day, they replaced the face cover, very impressed with the one day wait, I got out of there. Not even a week went by and the scroller decided to have a mind of its own, going up and down as it pleases, I had no control over it whatsoever. Now you can think how upset im getting, AGAIN i send my phone in, i told them to send it to a technician instead. I waited just less than a month to receive my new refurbished phone again. I had the phone for 2 days and saw that the battery is running out in a ridiculous time. I went back and bought a new battery thinking mine is a bit old. I charged it fully but still the new battery doesn't last even 2 hours. Now I am livid. Went back to vodacom, they said they have to book it in again and then wait another month. I just left before I lost the last bit of nerves I have.
