Add on existing contract

I nigel roets would like to add a contract on my account.i called 0821950 and was told I have to wait 3monts to add another contract because I had a add on on 3 nov 2013??? Why do I have to wait for that seeing that have existing contract that has always been paid?? If vodacom does not want to add 1 line for me 23 nov 2013 I will port all my numbers to nashua mobile seeing that I am working for a great company... what service Iis this seeing that Iit is the festive season??? I would expext a call urgently on 0722435499!!!
