My name is Samuel lesetsa Tshwene I called in to enquire as to when my phone will be delivered as I upgraded on the 05 November 2013, but I was put through to follow up dept and Dipolelo answered the phone and said hello I cant hear you then she put me through to the survey thing,
1, I would like to know if that is the way Cell C treats its customers
2, what should a consultant do when there is a bad reception.
3, is it allowed for a consultant to put through a customer to a survey if there is a bad reception without even trying to advice a person to speak up or try to change position,
4, Please listen to this two calls and advise if you can not hear me. Date 22 Nov 2013 time 09h29 and 09H37, will be waiting for a response of the above 4 questions and the progress regarding my upgrade.
