Vodacom, represented by Elite mobile is shocking

I accepted Elite mobile's offer, who told me they represent Vodacom with whole I have all my contracts, to extend an existing Vodacom contract on 14 November 2013. I simply wanted to take advantage of the free smart phone offer to give to my second daughter as a gift. I specifically arranged for the contract to be a blackberry contract with BIS as the existing contract would continue being used on an existing blackberry bold.

Elite mobile has messed up the existing contract completely! By getting the contract wrong we now have a previously perfectly working phone contract, not working for almost two months!

This despite calling them 5 times - each time I was given excuses ranging from having to check the purchase recording, departments being short staffed due to holidays, public holidays and Vodacom not responding on time to contract changes.

With a supposed 48hr turnaround, having waited since the beginning of December is SHOCKING to say the least. With all of these calls I have yet to receive a response call from Elite mobile to tell me why they exceeded their 48 hr turnaround.

Vodacom I cannot believe that you could use a representatives/intermediary with level of service!
