I HAVE A BLACKBERRY BOLD 9790 ON A CORPORATE CONTRACT, THE PHONE IS NOW IN FOR REPAIRS FOR THE THIRD TIME, AFTER THE SECOND TIME I RECEIVED A REFURBISHED HANDSET, ONE MONTH LATER THE PHONE GIVES ME THE SAME PROBLEM. THIS IS BY FAR UNACCEPTABLE. AS MY PHONE IS MAINLY USED FOR BUSINESS PURPOSE, THIS IS COSTING MONEY, YET THEY EXPECT TO GIVE ME THE SAME PHONE BACK, HOW DOES ONE PAY FOR A SERVICE AS POOR AS THIS?
