I took out a laptop/3G contract from Cell C at their Cresta branch, I have had this contract for more than 4 months but still I am not able to use the 3G internet service that I need, I have called their contact center on numerous occasions with calls being opened and then closed again with no feedback.
In the last 3 days I have contacted them again, logged a call and spoke to 5 different contact center agents and none of them are able to assist me or give me feedback on the problem call that I have logged.
Below s the call history with their so called help-desk: 1. Ref: sd180693 - Themba (technical assistance) - 19/11/2013 everything connects but not through 3G, could be sim settings from the service provider.
2. Jane (help-desk)- 20/11/2013 - Jane stated that there is no feedback yet and I need to wait another 24 hours (even-though I have been waiting for more than 4 months already).
3. Clayton (help-desk) - 22/11/2013 - could not provide feedback, just transferred me to technical assistance department.
4. Anna (technical assistance) - 22/11/2013 - Dropped the call.
5. Seshaba (help-desk) - 22/11/2013 - promised that someone would call e back.
