MTN, what a bunch of tossers.
For the last two weeks I have been struggling to get my data from you.
It started when I noticed that my data is not loaded onto my account and called the call centre, lady informed me that I only get provisioned on the 20th. So I waited, called on the 20th another lady tells me I get provisioned on the 21st. Okay what is going on? Who is telling me? Wo is lying?
Phone back on the 21st, still no data, open a query.
Phone today to find out what is happening, spoke to a supposed team leader Prudence, she tells me that I am on a standard package and that I do not get data on them...
MTN get your right, I am sick and tired of like this. You better load double data because this is the second month this has happened on both of my numbers.
