I have complained on Virgin Mobiles website more than a week ago, still waiting for someone to call me back. I want to cancel my contract, and never hear of them again.
Losing a lot of business because people keep getting the "the number does not exist" message when they phone me. I have tried it myself, and only have success after the fourth or fifth time. Every body who complains to me about it, uses a cellphone (saved number) or a quick dial.
This has been going on for about 5 months now.
