I upgraded to the galaxy note 3 with gear on the 27th of november and they said the gear is out of stock they will phone as soon as it arrive. Each time I query they say it is on back order and they can't give me a delivery date. Why do you advertise the product if you can't supply it.? Why should I pay for the device for the second month without receiving it?
