My 8ta Promo 5 10Gig Contract Expired at the end of October. I requested to cancell the service but was informed to e-mail the cancellation form to retainme. I did so on the 1st of November. On the 10th I phoned to find out if the cancellation was actioned, they said "we dont know" I must phone again. Today I phoned again, same story!!! They cant tell me if my contract is cancelled or not!!! Plus, heres the best part!!! THEY DONT HAVE A NUMBER FOR THE CANCELLATIONS DEPARTMENT!!! Does telkom/8ta turn a deaf ear when it comes to cancellations and hope we just go away and keep paying??? PS: I know it takes 30 days from the receipt of Cancellation, but you will be able to see on the system that this contract is cancelled... I NEED FEEDBACK ASAP!
