Telkom mobile is now working on my nerves, I requested a cancellation on the 25/06/2013 and paid the account in full on 26/06/13. 10/07/2013 @ 09h46 I received a call from Ashosoam (021 9446800) who will do the migration for me, NOT DONE! 25/07/2013 @ 16h03 Lyndie from telkom collection dept. phones me- FOR WHAT? The people at Telkom mobile can not read I requested the contract to be cancelled they went and put the money i paid as a credit, after I faxed through their cancellation request form, a letter I typed and the termination quote with the receipt of payment I made... I am fed-up with the useless service I am receiving and will be getting an attorney to take this matter further... I kept all the paper work and consultants previously spoken to! Stop harrasing me if you can't provide me with the resolution that the contract is cancelled
