Late delivery of my phone

I have been looking to purchase a phone from Vodacom online. Firstly I had to fill in all the forms only to be informed that the phone I wanted was not available despite the website stating that they are available. My order eventually got through and they informed me that it will arrive the following day (on Thursday). The following day I waited for the delivery but it never came. I asked some of my friends and they claim that their phones actually took two days, even three in one case. This has left me very frustrated.
