Good Day,

My Girlfriend has 2 cell phone contracts with MTN.

2 Blackberry's 9780's

One for me and one for her... (On mtn anytime 100 and anytime 200)

I took my Phone in on Sunday 27th Jan 2013...

On the 30th my girlfriend gets a sms to say we need to pay in R1350 to have the Phone fixed as it's out of warrantee!!!

How can it be out of warrantee as we still on the contract and we don't have the phone 2 years as yet???

Think I got the Phone around August 2011...

Then they said because the cover of my phone has a chip mark on cause it fell they will not fi it!!!

I mean it's a Contract Phone... Not like we missed any Payments; I would just like to know What the big fuss is about...

I don't want them to fi the cover... I Mean I have no scratches on my screen... I just want the freezing and software to be updated!!!
