I sent my tablet in for repairs to Nashua Mobile in December 2012 as the sim card was stuck in the unit. The tablet was replaced and returned to me in January 2013 without the sim card. I contacted the customer services department and now i'm told that i need to pay R110 for a sim card. Why am i responsible for this payment when i didn't loose my sim card? It was sent to Nashua with the unit so as far as i am concerned Nashua Mobile should be held responsible as they are supposed to have returned it to me. I need to use the tablet and would really appreciate it if i could get my sim card back.
