I logged a query on additional contract taken on my contract, I logged this query on the 4th December 2013 till the 08 January 2014 no feedback received, I have spoken to a manager by the name of Gift Momekgotla who promised to call on the 23 December 2013, no feedback was received. I called again and spoke to Belinda Sun who also promised to call but no call was received. I have again called today the 08/01/2014 and I was promised a call on the 09/01/2014 I will wait and see. To think I have had this contract for over 5 YEARS to be receiving such service is shocking. My account is debited monthly when my line is blocked. I WILL NEVER USE CELL C EVER.
